| Pirinsko: Bulgarian Pale Lager 4.3% (Pirinsko) Very light and crisp. Slightly malty, with some hints of grapefruit and melon. No hops. The best of Bulgaria’s budget brews so far. 6/10 |  |
| Shumensko Wymehcko 100% Malt: Bulgarian Amber Lager 5% (Shumensko) Medium bodied. Very malty as the name suggests, with some caramel and a slightly copper/metallic aftertaste. A little bit of fruit, but it lacks hops and is a bit one dimensional. Still the best beer I had from Bulgaria. 7/10 |  |
